Once completed, you may:

  • Email it to: mary.forbes@npfmail.ca
  • OR mail it with your payment

Please ensure all required fields are filled in clearly.

💳 Interac e-Transfer

You may send payment via Interac e-Transfer.

  • Include your full name in the message section
  • Add any membership or reference details if available
  • Send to: finances@npfmail.ca

Once received, your membership will be processed manually and confirmed by email.
