The National Pensioners Federation is pleased to share that we will be moving to Zeffy as our new system for membership management, CRM, and online payments.

This change will take effect on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

Why we’re making this change:

We’ve been working toward a simpler and more efficient way to manage memberships and communicate with our members and affiliates.

Zeffy brings everything together in one place; membership sign-ups, renewals, payments, and communications  which will help reduce administrative work and improve the overall experience for members.

We also recognize that Zeffy may be a new name for some members. After careful research, we are confident in moving forward with this trusted Canadian company based in Quebec, which also provides services in both English and French for our members, along with secure payment processing.

What this means for members

Starting May 27, all new memberships and renewals will be processed through Zeffy or through our PDF membership form using e-transfer.

Members can expect:

• A more straightforward sign-up and renewal process
• Secure online payment options
• Faster confirmations and updates
• Easier access to membership information

We will also be providing clear instructions to help guide everyone through the transition.

Moving forward:

This update is part of our ongoing effort to modernize systems and make things easier for both members and staff. The goal is to spend less time on administration and more time focused on supporting seniors and affiliates across the country.
