UN International Wellness Day – April 15

On Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, NPF observes United Nations’ International Wellness Day.

For seniors, maintaining wellness in aging is essential to longevity and a high quality of life. Let us be mindful of the importance of wellness on this day.

The notion of “wellness” is often associated to physical aspects of the body: proactive exercise, nutrition, sleep. That said, mental wellness must not be forgotten: social connection, meditation, hobbies, routine.
